• Class of 1966 | Padma Shri Awardee & Former OlympianMs. Kamaljeet Sandhu Kooner, an alumna of Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya (Class of 1966), is a Padma Shri Awardee and a Gold Medalist at the 1970 Asian Games. She holds the historic distinction of being the first Indian woman to win a Gold Medal at the Asian Games and was the only woman in the Indian contingent at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich.

• Class of 1968 | Former Principal, Welham Girls' SchoolMs. Jyotsana Brar, an alumna of SKV (Class of 1968), is the former Principal of Welham Girls' School and the Founding Principal of Rajmata Krishna Kumari Girls' Public School, Jodhpur. She holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) and B.Ed. from Punjab University, Chandigarh.

• Class of 1971 | Cabinet Minister, Government of Madhya PradeshPrincess Yashodhara Raje Scindia, SKV alumna of the Class of 1971, is a prominent Indian politician. She currently serves as the Minister of Sports and Youth Welfare, Technical Education, Skill Development and Employment, Government of Madhya Pradesh. She has previously held the position of Minister for Commerce, Industries and Employment and was elected to the 14th Lok Sabha from the Gwalior constituency.

  Dr. Jyoti Bindal, alumna of SKV (Class of 1971), is a highly qualified and experienced doctor based in Gwalior, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She holds an M.S. degree and is recognized for her expertise in:

• Class of 1972 | Senior Medical Officer, Indian Armed ForcesLt. Col. (Dr.) Nandini Ramachandran, SKV Class of 1972, completed her MBBS in 1979 from AFMC, University of Pune, followed by an MS in Ophthalmology. She has served in various Military and Teaching Hospitals of the Armed Forces since 1986.

• Class of 1982 |Leading Obstetrician & GynecologistDr. Roza Olyai, SKV alumna from the Class of 1982, is a Gold Medalist Obstetrician & Gynecologist, who began her practice in 1992. She is a recipient of the Dr. D.C. Dutta Prize (FOGSI) and awards such as The Economic Times Most Inspiring Gynecologist (North India) and the B.C. Roy Award by the IMA. She has held key roles in FPAI and has developed national guidelines for adolescent-friendly health centers in collaboration with WHO and Ministry of Health, Government of India.

Class of 1987 | Ms Richa Sharma SKV Class of 1987, after which she went on to do her Bachelor’s as well as Masters from Delhi University. She even did a PG Diploma in Public Policy and Management from IIM Bangalore and has lately in the year 2013-2014 done a Masters in Public Policy and Management from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy Singapore She has experience of working as Deputy Secretary, Agriculture Government of Madhya Pradesh and Government of Chhattisgarh, as Director in the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India and is currently working as Joint Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change.

Secretary-Level Officer, Government of India
Ms. Richa Sharma, an alumna of SKV (Class of 1987), is a senior IAS officer. As of March 2025, she has been empanelled as Secretary to the Government of India.

Prior to this posting:
She served as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) for Food & Public Distribution, with additional charge of the Forest Department in Chhattisgarh, after returning to her cadre from a central deputation.

• Class of 1991 | Chief Engineer (Station Development), Northern RailwayMs. Mona Shrivastava, SKV Class of 1991, holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from MIT, Muzaffarpur, and a Master’s in Water Resources Engineering from IIT Delhi. She joined the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) in 1998 and currently serves as Chief Engineer (Station Development) in Northern Railway, at a rank equivalent to Joint Secretary, Government of India.

• Class of 1997 | Pediatric Nephrologist & Army Medical OfficerLt. Col. (Dr.) Suprita Kalra, SKV Class of 1997, completed her MBBS (2002) and M.D. in Pediatrics from AFMC, Pune. She joined the Indian Army as a doctor in 2003, serving in counter-insurgency areas (J&K) and later specializing in Pediatric Nephrology. She is also a researcher and author of national and international publications in her field.

• Class of 1997 |Additional Director, NACIN (Indian Revenue Service)Ms. Vaishali Malhotra, SKV alumna of Class of 1997, holds an engineering degree from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT), Delhi, and an MBA from Indian School of Business (ISB). She is an officer of the Indian Revenue Service (Customs & Central GST), 2007 batch, and currently serves as Additional Director, National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN), Hyderabad. She has held significant responsibilities in anti-corruption, taxation, customs enforcement, and wildlife & heritage protection, and actively volunteers in the fields of education and skill development.
