Our celebrated music program offers a comprehensive journey of excellence. Students delve into a vast array of instruments, encompassing both the rich tapestry of Indian traditions and the established Western musical canon. This expansive curriculum includes guitar, violin, tabla, sitar, drums, synthesisers, and many more. We encourage students to explore a diverse range of musical styles, from the intricacies of classical music to the infectious energy of light and folk music, along with the global appeal of Western music. The SKV School choir takes immense pride in their acclaimed renditions of Western numbers.
The Art of Movement
Beyond the world of music, SKV cultivates a deep appreciation for the graceful art of dance. Students are introduced to the beauty and discipline of various Indian classical dance forms, including Manipuri, Bharatnatyam, and Kathak. To further refine their skills and broaden their horizons, workshops featuring both Western and Indian classical dance are organised on a regular basis.
