1st Installment - Admission Fees + Caution Money + Joining Kit + 1st Term Fees + Imprest Deposit
2nd Installment – 2nd Term Fees + Replenished Imprest Deposit
- The School will charge extra fees for conducting special academic/ activity classes, out station travel for participation in events
- Part payment of instalment will not be accepted in any case.
- Imprest Rs.80,000/- balance to be maintained at the time of payment of both Installment.
- The payment should be made through Bank Draft issued by a nationalized bank or a scheduled bank in favor of Principal, Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya payable at Gwalior. Cheques / cash payment are not accepted in any case.
- A penalty @2% per month will be charged for late payment of the instalment.
- The names of the students who default in payment shall be struck off the rolls of the Vidyalaya at the end of the term for which the fee is in arrears.
- No student shall be permitted to attend classes without proof of payment of fees.
- In case of RTGS/ NEFT/ direct deposit / direct transfer please send the Scanned copy of pay in slip/ bank statements duly signed by email for issuing the fee receipts.
- Parents are requested to give a notice in writing of intended withdrawal with a minimum of 3 months' notice.
