Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya has been serving the educational needs of the girl-child since 1956 when it was founded by late H H Rajmata Shrimant Vijaya Raje Scindia. Her vision for SKV continues to light our path. With her blessings, we have been growing from strength to strength since the year of inception.
You, the Alumni are the product and testimony of this. It was here that you learnt about service, kindness, integrity, trust, loyalty and respect. Thousands have passed through the hallowed SKV portals and gone on to make their distinctive mark in the world. When you are in a position to have so much, the greatest gift is to give back.
Large numbers of Alumni visit school to pay homage to the institution which has shaped their growing up years and given them roots and wings. They return to give back a token of gratitude to their Alma Mater. They contribute to the legacy of SKV by adding their own endowment for the benefit of posterity. You are the legacy of SKV. The school is changing with the demands of changing times. The Board of Governors are investing continuously to keep the infrastructure and instructions relevant for our students. A lot has been done, but undoubtedly, a lot remains to be accomplished.

Science Technology Engineering Arts and Mathematics (STEM / STEAM) Laboratory is a currently ongoing project. You can support us for equipment and software for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, Drone Tech, IT and Augmented Reality Technologies.

The new Dining Hall is planned to accommodate 700 students and staff in one sitting. The new Kitchen will have a bakery unit along with industrial dish-washing, mechanised meal-prepping, Solar powered steam cookers, ergonomic furniture and crockery. The School Cafeteria is proposed for the discerning taste-buds of the new age SKVians ! If you swear by the SKV cuisine, this is your place to contribute.
The vision of our Founder, late Rajmata Vijaya Raje Scindia is enshrined in the various service initiatives undertaken by the school from time to time. Under Sankalp: the sanitary napkin project, you can contribute for the establishment of Sankalp units for providing livelihood and raising standards of hygiene of underprivileged women or join the myriad other service projects of the school
