All India IPSC Volleyball Tournament at SKV

The All India IPSC  Volleyball Tournament for Girls commenced with an inspiring opening ceremony  at Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya . The 178 players from  seven IPSC schools across the country arrived on the SKV campus on the 15th of September, eager to showcase their prowess on the court. The opening ceremony, was graced by Chief Guest Dr. Sameer Kumar Yadav, Assistant Professor, Department of Sports Management and Coaching at LNIPE, Gwalior,  and a former SAI Volleyball Coach at NSNIS, Patiala. The Principal, Ms. Nishi Misra , extended greetings to the Observer, Officials, Coaches and good wishes to the school teams. Following the flag march and oath by the Captains of the eight participating schools,  the Chief Guest, addressed the gathering about the importance of team spirit, psychological grit, and a hardcore mettle of sportsmanship that can make any event a success. The ceremony was an exciting opening for the Inter-School Volleyball Tournament, and served as a prologue to what is sure to be a thrilling competition.
