“MAATI” Festival, hosted by the Jai Vilas Palace at the Heritage-Nature Park, Nayi Chattris of the Scindia Dynasty

Scindia Kanya Vidyalaya is thrilled to share our experience at the “MAATI” Festival, hosted by the Jai Vilas Palace at the Heritage-Nature Park, Nayi Chattris of the Scindia Dynasty. This festival was all about embracing a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle, beautifully themed around “Organic, Sustainable, Local.”
Our students discovered the art of mushroom farming, learned to craft captivating bonsai trees, and allowed their artistic souls to flourish as they explored natural print-making, creating stunning designs.
Following the workshops, a session of profound relaxation and rejuvenation was organized, during which students immersed themselves in the soothing vibrations of sound healing.Students also embarked on a captivating heritage-nature walk, where history, culture, and the beauty of nature merged seamlessly.
This festival was a magical fusion of heritage, nature, stories, culture, traditions and art.
